Pop-Up Events
Please come and try the Authentic Mexican Culinary experience at one of the regular pop-up restaurants.
Among such a large variety of dishes to choose from, Marcela brings a 5-course tasting menu of Mexican cuisine; dishes which have been specially selected for their authenticity and popularity. It is the food Mexicans know and eat on a daily basis in my country, trying to incorporate as much variety as possible from street food to traditional home cooking.
Apart from the food, the whole event is a lot of fun and a great day/night out.
Places fill very quickly so book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
NB If you have premises (restaurant, cafe/pub etc) and would like to book a Mexican event for your customers please contact Marcela by completing the online form provided and prepared for a busy night!
Private Events
Why not enjoy the authentic Mexican experience for your private event?
You can hire Marcela to take over your kitchen to prepare and serve your choice of traditional and unique Mexican dinners.

This service does of course include interaction with Marcela while she works. For example, explanations of the ingredients, cooking processes and origins of recipes.
Mexican table decorations will add to the experience and all washing up will be done for you to ensure that all you need to do is enjoy your food and relax in the comfort of your own home.

Choose between 18 authentic Mexican dishes, sides, soups, and desserts.
All main dishes come with corn tortillas (except Enchiladas and Ceviche) to be heated at home -instructions come along- so you can make your TACOS or TOSTADAS.
Meals are homemade and fresh for you to be collected at Marcela’s kitchen in Milford Haven on Thursdays 12-6.30 pm

Apart from pasta soup and sweet-corn cake, all meals are gluten-free.

Marcela and her team came and did lunch for my birthday party for approx. 60 people.
The food was the highlight of the party, with every guest telling me how amazing, tasty and vibrant the food was. The food options are so good (I pre selected the menu from a list) with lots of veggie and vegan options too. She was also happy to tweak a few bits so make them vegan friendly.
The customer service and communication before the event was great, she was easy to work with and didn't mind me asking lots of questions. On the day the team arrived on time to set up and just got on with it. They came with everything needed to serve lunch including there own tables and were really lovely.
I would book them again in a second and have already recommended to everyone I know. Just wish I lived a bit closer to Milford so I could regularly get her takeaway dinners.
